Due to the numerous Questions regarding wax moth traps here is the
recipe.

Ingredients; 1 cup of granulated sugar
             1 whole banana
             1 cup clear vinegar
             3-4 cups of water
             1 2-ltr. soda bottle
Cut a 1.5 inch diameter hole near the top of the bottle in the tapered
area just below the top of the bottle.Put the banana and all other
ingredients in the bottle and shake well.Hang near the hives.Use 1 trap
for every 4-5 hives. It takes about 2 weeks for the ingredients to pickle
and begin emitting the chemical scents necessary to attract moths but
once it does it really works great!!!believe it or not, but you need to
try this one.
p.s.:add enough water to fill the bottle to within about 2" of the hole
after all other ingredients have been put in the bottle. And don't worry
its ok to cut the banana into pieces small enough to fit through the
hole or you can make the hole larger if necessary.
                                           Have fun and good luck.
