Reading a last years article on cluster thermoregulation,  and the topic of hypoxia was mentioned,  curious do we know if brood is raised in this hypoxic condition or?  Thinking maybe the cluster expanding and breaking up from warmer temps may make the hypoxic state hard to sustain  which may be related to brood.  
IE in a hypoxic state the queen doesn’t lay?  Once that’s broken up maybe she resumes?
