As in real estate, it’s all about location, location and location. $15 for 1lb of raw honey in NYC is *nothing*. Last year I bought a 200 ml jar of local Hudson Valley raw honey at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in Hyde Park, NY - *eight* bucks!!! In comparison I’m giving away honey for free charging only $5 for a similar bottle (same location) and mine tastes better, :-)
