I see in an article from the ABJ that they are talking about the failure of honey exhibits at Apimondia.

Whilst many results may be correct there are many stories of funny results.  One classic is that the beekeeper had a container of honey and prepared the entries from this same container. Both failed but one for fermentation and the other for C4 sugar by a massive amount. Seems strange how you can get two different results for the same honey.  Also the C4 result seemed very strange.  Maybe no database for that honey type.

Also strange that entrants were not given a copy of their test results.  They were shown them on the computer but no copy.  Makes you wonder why when I am sure the entry fee would have included the cost of the honey test.
