>but Ikeep getting hammered with Nosema.

Hi Bill, I have also been tracking nosema in my own operation, so am
curious as to what you mean by "getting hammered"? Have you been tracking
nosema levels via microscopy to confirm that it is the culprit?

The reason I ask is that is that although I observe a few collapsing
colonies in spring being overwhelmed by nosema, I have yet to be able to
find any substantial correlation between colony overwinter loss in strength
and either nosema prevalence or spore counts. I have never treated my
operation for nosema.

This is very curious to me, as I would think that there would be a strong
correlation, but am not seeing it. What kind of data do you have that
indicates that it is actually nosema that is causing your problems?
