Bees propagate, does this mean that every time a feral in seeleys woods swarms it is a restart or does it mean that resistance came faster because the bees were healthy enough to swarm and make more heathy bees?  Yes a brood break or split does relieve some mite pressure but to say that makes it not treatment free when ferals that have made some advancement do the same and we know they are treatment free.
