Chris,
   I had the same problem (in VA) and have gone to HSCS.  Want to share an order?  I'm in Farmville.  Be glad to go in with you and others on a full truckload.
   The only way I could keep my 2:1 from crystallization was to add more water.
   HFCS has solved that...at a cost. If I share a full truckload the cost is less.  The convienience is very addicting.
