Jerry, for those of us following from afar (ok, me), could you give some more detail on this or point to any resources showing the patterns. 

We're in a pretty severe drought here in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand - actually across much of the country - and a friend of 40 years experience and I were just mulling potential flow-on effects we might see next season.     Interested what others have seen in relation to flow-on drought effects on hives and forage (not just in terms of CCD).
