Dear Bee Folks:

We've just come into a bonanza of apples, fresh from the north country.
QueenBJan has favored me with some wonderful apple cobbler, sweetened with
honey. I'm going to make a batch of applesauce, again with honey, and I feel
confident that this will be excellent.

But I want to make some apple jelly with honey; this I have never tried,
and I wonder if there are any jelly-making pro's out there, who could give me
any advice or caveats?
