Hi all,
Just recently retested 3 colonies after MAQS single strip treatment. Temperature was high 80's to low 90s at time of treatment, and stayed pretty constant the next 3 days. All 3 colonies were medium strength doubles (8 frame). It was 8 days between treatment and retest. Used alcohol wash for mite level testing.

Hive # pretreatment post treatment
1 8% 6%
2 18% 9%
3 4 2/3% 5 1/3%

Any thoughts on why such poor results? Anyone else have similar problems?
Thanks,
Brion Dunbar
