It is 160C? I have found this translation error before when degrees are
mentioned in most of the world they are Celsius. Some US writers forget
this and presume degrees are Fahrenheit. I have seen a recipe for a
beeswax based ointment requiring that the container be sterilised at 40
degrees. This is a two-way translation from 100C to 100F converted back
to 40C (near enough). I had a job convincing the person attempting the
sterilization that the printed word was incorrect in this instance.
