Kim Flottum is reporting: 
" Each of those frames costs about $1.25, more or less, and has to be replaced every 2 or 3 years because of the agricultural toxins that build up inside." 

This was news to me, I had no idea that ag based pesticides accumulated to any appreciative level that would even come close to miticide residue. Is anyone aware of beekeepers replacing combs for ag persticide contamination on a regular basis?
