I already pay my tax dollars, which the USDA is going to spend no matter
what.  I'd just as soon see a share go towards beekeepers.  There is a huge
body of ARS research dating back to the early 1900's that has been of major
benefit to beekeepers.

Sure, a lot is wasted, but quite a bit of recent ARS funding has been of
use to those beekeepers who pay attention to it.
