i did not attend the meeting eric, but i have seen those papers.

here is another:

it finds that lactic acid bacteria are increased with honey compared to
sucrose in vitro and rat gut.


for the list, 

if lab's are important, could this suggest a mechanism by which a honey only
diet might support increased immunity against pathogens?
