Hi Bill and all,

It is interesting to see how the Dadant Blatt hives are used, especially if they move them to different nectar sources that often. Did you find that the deeper combs kept the brood in one brood chamber as C.P. Dadant stated? How many frames were usually in use with the deep hive?

In the countries where you are helping to modify the Dadant Blatt hives to standard Langstroth, will they continue with a single brood box or use
multiples?

I am curious to see how Charles' bees on the extra deep combs do.

Regards,
Debbie Hewitt in Maryland
