Let me try to describe a simple cam.   From plywood cut a piece with the shape
of a comma.  The circular 'head' of the comma may be about 2.5 inches in
diameter.  The 'tail' is the handle.  Now drill a hole in the circular part of
your comma.  Be certain that the hold is offset towards the tail side..  Attach
the 'coma' to your wiring board with a bolt with another bolt acting as the
'stop' for the other end of the frame.  When the 'tail' is up the frame sides
will be bend inwards, lower the 'tail' and the frame is released.
