Revisiting a mostly discussed topic...
I am the Historian for EAS, and received today the Program for the 1955
Conference in College Park, MD (then called The Eastern States
Beekeeping Conference). On the first full day of the conference, in the
afternoon, they had a demonstration in the beeyard of Hiving a package,
requeening, Moving colonies with Ammonium Nitrate, Swarm control and
removing honey...
Afterwhich, there was a square dance.
