Strange,
Labonte Honey in Quebec recently teamed up with Capilano.

According to the press release at the above site Capilano has a HACCP
program !!!
 Labonte has on many occasions been fined by the CFIA due to contaminated
honey. On one occasion there were 22 charges against Labonte Honey, and as
they pleaded guilty to one charge the other 21 were dropped!
