While the soybean question continues to remain elusive, let me offer this:
 
There is a honey customer at the San Francisco Farmer's Market who claims
that soybean is his favorite honey ever and and he checks back about every
six weeks or so to see if we have found any.
 
If someone has the proof in hand, I know of a customer!
