The stickyness of the cannabis flowers comes from the resin (this contains the psychoactive compounds). Cannabis gives no nectar, it is wind pollinated and very similar to Urtica in that way. This, in combination with the fact that the resin (and the psychoactive compounds) dissolves very poorly in water (honey), gives no chance of the active compounds ending up in honey I think. Maybe the resin can show up in propolis but from there it will have a hard time transferring to the honey matrix. I would not worry about this problem for human drug testing. As pollen/resin might end up in the hive you can probably find it with LC-MS at parts per billion in the wax, just like PACs, soot and other contaminants. L
