Hi Matthew
Thanks for chiming in. This is exactly what I was thinking, when I cited your paper. You attended closely to a particular outfit which probably accurately reflects what a "typical" commercial beekeeping outfit does in response to today's problems with today's tools. 

Obviously each operation will do things differently, but among large scale operators, there is exchange of information on what works, and what doesn't. Most of us don't get to listen in on those conversations. 

Your thesis is epic and tried to pick out a few nuggets to share with Bee-L. I hope I didn't take too much out its context.
