Just got the first of my bee packages in their new homes today. I think
that this was the first day this
week that it rained, and my bees were not happy campers. But they all went
into the hive and I think
they were glad to be out of the rain too. Im waiting until tomorrow when
the sun is supposed to shine to
put out the rest. I just wanted to get a headstart for this bunch. The
strawberries are already blooming
and the cantalope is already in the ground. I got my bees from Blueridge,
They were ready on the date,
and the time that I was supposed to pick them up. I just drove up and they
were loaded, and I left. It looks
like it is going to be a good year.
