Rodney,
If you mean putting 3 supers on a colony ALL AT ONE TIME, and moving the
bottom super to the top when it is 70% full, yes, I have done that for years
to make comb honey on STRONG NECTAR FLOW which is a MUST.  It will not work
on a light or medium nectar flow.
