Sorry but I was expecting or maybe hoping to see a profit and loss statement sheet.  At least this is how our business is reported.  Our accountant compiles a profit and loss report quarterly and annually.  It is this information that helps us to understand if our practices are sustainable or not.  What did it cost to produce this 2,770 pounds (That is a 170 lb average, including a year when I lost all my hives over winter and years when I split the hives as drastically as I thought practical)?
