Really bad science since the comment extrapolates a single study on
goldenrod to the entire planet.

BTW, from wikipedia "Solidago, commonly called *goldenrods*, is a genus of
about 100 to 120 species of flowering plants in the aster family".

Here in Maine we have good and bad goldenrod for winter forage. So what is
the protein content of all those 100-120 varieties?

But, again, they did not arrive at a conclusion that it had any effect on
the bees, only "could" which is not science but conjuncture.

Scientists should have a bit of skepticism with any new study. I see that
on this list and appreciate it.
