<OMG!  So now it's gospel that neonics are killing  scavengers!  Like
crows and foxes, and LAWYERS!>
 
Remember also, the seed is planted in the ground, where the bird would have 
 to dig it up to get at it.  Granted, the applicator needs to avoid  
spillage.  Unlike pesticides that are sprayed onto vegetation.
