I really meant to write :

Taking the accepted formulation of 1 litre of water/ 1 kilo of sugar, 
then to a litre of the resulting mixture add 35 grammes of Oxalic 
di-hydrate to prepare a varroa controlling mixture.

I apologise for the confusion I may have caused and hope people note 
well the correct formulation.
