> Anyhow, do you have other details?

Not really the beekeeper dropped off barrels of honey at my place and others
in the area. He was in a hurry as was getting dark and he had a six hour
drive north home.

Did they wash bees for varroa?

The bees were treated in Nebraska this fall and looked good when I visited
last month. Not sure if he has used oxalic yet or even uses but I know he
has in the past.

Did they
> see what looked like EFB?

All he said was he did see some of what he saw (being fed and flying out
to die) before the hives were semi loaded for Texas. he did not say about
PMS or EFB. He said he brought fifty dead hives back up the road from Texas
last week which were full of bees from he left for Texas.

The beekeeper does not send "dinks" to Texas . He depopulates or myself and
others have bought his "shake" bees.

>What are they feeding?

sucrose in Nebraska made up by the beekeeper. HFCS from Dadant in Texas.

Thanks for the help Allen!
I worked bees and did business with his now deceased father. Now the son.
