Sorry but that is not completely accurate--Lorsban has very restricted uses
these days but is still a registered and used pesticide, even in California.
I would recommend using the following to check on pesticides registered in
California-- www.agrian.com,
http://www.cdms.net/LabelsMsds/LMDefault.aspx?t=.  Be aware that uses of
pesticides in California are very curtailed compared to the rest of the US
do to the increased regulatory environment companies must deal with such as
the California EPA.
