Can you then start 50 cells in one go?  Do you transfer to a cell finisher,
and how many cells in each of those (if you use)?

FWIW, I only start a max of 40 in my starters every two days.  Don't really
like to give more than 10 to a finisher, but the finishers are queenright
splits and not overly strong.
