The agency is the North Lawndale Employment Network headed by Brenda 
Palms Barber (a wonderful woman).  You can find them at 
http://www.nlen.org on the web.  The company is called SweetBeginnings 
and sells honey and cosmetics made from hive products.  This was 
supported by several members of the Illinois State Beekeepers 
Association.  You can read about them through their website.
