rights where trace amounts of our patented seed or traits are present in 
farmer's fields as a result of inadvertent means. "

On the other side of the issue we have the organic seed savor grower which 
is getting his seed contaminated with GMO.

I guess due to not being able to put up a decent court battle against 
Monsanto ($$$$) the following saying applies.

"Justice is usually the will of the stronger"
