The precautoniary principle is a very basic principle that should be
applied when there is not enough or contradicting information.
Are whe just talking about neonics available information or are we talking
about the precautonary principle?
For me, in the case of neonics there is contradicting information therefore
the precautonary principle is totally applicable.
I think the precautonary principle is a valid one.
