As a beginning beekeeper I was wondering what kind of information I should
record on my hives. I have started a journal keeping track of the number of
clear days for foraging, and other general conditions of the hive. Does
any one have any suggestions on information I should gather and what I
could use it for? I am trying both the Italian and the Caucasian honeybees,
and I plan to compare them to see which produces better in this location.
But I am also interested in any other studies that could be done.

thanks,
