What has replaced NYS Apiary Inspection? The NYS Bee Wellness Program sponsored by the Empire State Honey Producers Association, Inc. Can you imagine what the NYS Apiary Inspection Program could be now had it been what Bee Wellness is now? Apiary Inspectors who had been trained to work w/ beekeepers to train them to identify and handle diseases and pests? Freeing the Inspectors to do more inspection in the larger outfits, while training workers in those outfits too?
