 Go to beesource.com 
look for  Fgmo by Dr Pedro Rodriguez,
I use his latest application method with the Burgess Insect Fogger . The mineral oil is by STE oil / Texas .
Additionally I use the emulsion  formula be Rodriguez and saturate papertowels  or cotton mop material.
