Hello John & All,
Ian Rumsey has done the math...and is determined to see if bees housed and
treated as naturally as possible are capable of being the 'varroa tolerant
 strain' everyone seeks...watch his space!

I see problems with Ian's math hypothesis . At least he is keeping weekly
mite drop records. IF his hives live two years then he will at least have
queens to breed from. I commend Ian for his experiment and will check on his
site(like I already have been) to see his results.
Sincerely,
Bob Harrison
