I have used a number of yards for many years where a large wind farm was installed in 2015. I have observed no effect on the bees temperament or yield. The sound is there and instead of the unbroken bucolic rolling Palouse Hills it now looks like some kind of industrial park with flashing lights and spinning 300' blades. As an environmentalist I can't complain about the renewable energy but it ain't as pretty as it used to be and the raptors and owls are taking it in the shorts.
