This page has pretty much what I was looking for information wise.  Its not 
a chart, but it could be made into one easily.  Thanks Peter.  I should 
have known to look on Wikipedia. 

I looked for Brother Adams book "The Search for the Best Strains of Bees" 
and found a couple of used copies on Amazon for about $40.  I also found it 
in other places for over $100.  It sounds like something well worth reading 
and I will keep an eye out for a cheap copy. Thanks Aaron
