Nothing in this province of Canada, it would be a provincial responsibility and
I haven't heard of such a program from other provinces.
 
I've heard that favourable terms on an agricultural lease of state-owned land
for agricultural purposes (including use of the existing vegetation (fireweed)
for bees) is available in Alaska. Steven Petersen, Fairbanks,(907) 457-2440 or
