Hi All ---

I've heard some beekeepers in northern California have sold "sunflower"
honey. My initial lit. search has revealed that various cultivars of
sunflower produce lots of nectar and pollen, and bees are important
pollinators. Anyone out there attempt/succeed in producing sunflower honey
? I would appreciate any suggestions.

Sincerely,
