Interesting that you brought that up, Pete.

I have been considering the question of whether we have had any significant permanent success in breeding bees or whether mankind's success with bees has largely been a matter of _finding_ and to some extent adapting good bee populations, then maintaining those stocks as best we can.

It is looking to be the case, more and more.
