You could try using a filter bag.  It is an extremely fine nylon mesh bag
that should filter out anything else you've got in the honey.  You may also
have gotten some goldenrod honey that can contain some fine particulates.
 
Where is Carroll?  I'm in Elyria, in Lorain county.
