My message posted yesterday about feral swarms can be interpreted to mean
that I avoid hiving feral swarms. I was trying to say just the opposite
Many hobby beekeepers get their bees exclusively from swarms, either
feral swarms or swarms from their own bee colonies.
Until recently, feral swarms were a great resource.
