I'm sure you will receive other replies from people more knowledgeable than I
am, but my comment may be of some small value too:  if I remember correctly,
Eva Crane's book "Bees and Beekeeping:  Science, Practice and World Resources"
has some examples of wording of pollination contracts in it that might be
worthwhile for you George.
