>The point: everyone was ready to blame pesticides back then, as now. Also,

>>"'Also then as now ,it was never solved""

The CCD team tried to link DD with CCD but many of us did not buy it. It
seems prior to CCD DD was resolved as not caused by a disease.( ABC XYZ &
Hive and Honey Bee).

Could DD been partly caused by pesticide problems? Sure. Was it? not
provable.

Commercial beekeepers have saw many pesticide & fungicide problems over the
years. Some kills and some sub lethal. (personal experience)

Today's pesticide issues persist. Mostly recognized by beekeepers doing
pollination or producing honey are certain crops.

Pesticide problems are hard to diagnose and trying to get help with
diagnose in the past was nonexistent.

The ABF is pushing for beekeepers to start filling out the survey.

Sincerely,
Bob Harrison
