They probably like you so much, it doesn't matter whether you have
pheromone, but if you were a proper scientist, you would be prepared to
discuss
 
a) whether you washed your hands,
b) whether it matters which hand you use,
c) whether someone else's hand is better, and
c) whether a prosthesis can also be used.
 
Further, you'd have to delay the publishing of your results and retest
everything next year to make sure the lack of response wasn't caused by
El Nino.
