Has there been any comment made to the USDA regarding this withdrawal of 
  the service detailed below .

"National Honey Report
Starting in their report number XXVI #9 issued on  October 11, 2006 the 
USDA isnīt providing any more detailed information about honey import 
statistics, publishing only information about prices paid per pound to 
certain countries, without any specification about the corresponding 
period."
