Hi Allen and all

I remembered 4000 per pound when we were still getting packages from
the US, but thought 12x 4000 = 48000 seemed high for 4 fully capped
supers after our July flow had ended. But even at 3000 and cutting
down the weight a little would still be 25000-30000 with 2 other
medium supers, 2 brood boxes and the foraging bees away from the
hive, in mid afternoon, when I weighed it. Seems like there could be
100,000 or more in the hive. This is not my biggest hive but the
only one where all the honey was fully capped.
