There is no short answer to this question, and it needs to be answered _before_ one attempts to breed for a particular trait. Lionel Gonçalves lists these traits:


So as a complete non genticist,  if I read this correctly and add in the information from the other thread "contradictory conclusions"  What I take from this is that even in 2016 we don't know what is gentic traits, epigenetic,  or just random as of yet??   No better than brother Adam was when he was playing around.   Shooting in the dark,  and hopeing we get light?
